I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and life transitions. I provide compassionate support for the emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and identity changes in parenthood. I also have a passion to help others navigate through cultural identity, homesickness, intergenerational expectations, and belonging.

My educational background is in the field of Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology. I have over 10 years of experience in the helping profession and most importantly a passion to help others reach their best self. I view therapy from a diverse and multicultural lens while using CBT framework, mindfulness techniques, and solution focused orientation with openness to tailor treatment to my clients needs.
